Evangelia Kalatzi is a Pulmonologist-Intensivist. She graduated from the Medical School of the University of Pleven in Bulgaria. She then served her medical practice at the General Hospital of Livadeia and obtained the title of Pulmonologist-Tuberculologist after five years of work at the General Hospital for Thoracic Diseases “SOTIRIA”. Moreover, she specialized as an Intensivist by serving for two years in the ICU of the General Hospital of Piraeus “Agios Panteleimon”. There, she also served as a deputy B’ Pulmonologist-Intensivist from 2012 to 2014.

She is a PhD candidate at the University of Athens. At the Rehabilitation Center “THESEUS”, she is the director of the medical team. She has participated as a presenter and speaker at annual national pulmonology conferences, as well as at international conferences and seminars. She specializes in patients with sarcoidosis, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), asthma, and patients with lung cancer.
